Policies and Procedures

Arrival Time: Appointments are scheduled with either an 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM arrival window. Special request arrival times may be scheduled at the discretion of the Interlake Business Office.

Payment Policy: Interlake Window Cleaning requires a credit card number to schedule services. Payment is due at time of service. We accept checks, cash or credit card payments. Please make checks payable to Interlake Window Cleaning. A $25 service charge will be added to payments made more than ten (10) days after date of service. Additionally, a 1.5% late fee will be assessed for each month payment is past due. A $35 service charge will be assessed for each returned check.

Cancellation Policy: Customer will be subject to payment in full for all scheduled services if cancellation is not confirmed a minimum of two (2) working days in advance of appointment. Working days are Monday-Friday not including holidays. If Customer is not available for interior access or access is not provided on schedule date of service, we will clean accessible exterior windows and customer will be subject to payment in all for all scheduled services. There will be a trip charge to reschedule interior windows. Interlake Window Cleaning reserves the right to postpone service dates due to extreme weather or premise conditions that may affect the safety of our employees.

Undisclosed Premise Conditions: Interlake Window Cleaning will not be responsible for undisclosed or undiscovered premise conditions, which inhibit our usual service standards and compromise our customer satisfaction guarantee. Additional charges will be incurred for the cleaning of excessive accumulations of dirt, paint overspray, or substances requiring extra labor or materials.

Performance Guarantee: Our services are customer satisfaction guaranteed. We are committed to safety, integrity and professional standards. Interlake Window Cleaning is licensed and insured. If the Customer believes that Interlake Window Cleaning has failed to perform satisfactorily the Customer will give Interlake Window Cleaning notice of any and all failures of specific performance. Interlake Window Cleaning will then have 30 days to correct all stated deficiencies.
